An administrative review of the last 12 months has indicated that some clients are often late with their scheduled payments.


As such we will be instituting a late fee schedule from the 1st of January 2019.


As per our terms we will send you your invoice approximately 15 days before the due date and provide an additional reminder 7 days before the due date.


This schedule will impose a 10% late fee, or $10 in cases where the calculated late fee falls below the 10% figure.


Payments will now need to hit our bank account on or before the due date. Paying your account on the due date may still incur a late fee payment.


To avoid any late fees, we recommend that you pay any outstanding invoices at least 48 hours before the due date. This allows time for your financial provider to transfer any payments to our financial provider.


Paying an old invoice after the due date where a late fee has been imposed will not suffice. 

Automatic suspension of your account and access to all services will be suspended until any outstanding accounts are paid.

Once paid and verified by us, your account will automatically be reinstated within 48 hours.
